Cot50+LPB-1
Take the COT50, the pinnacle of refinement in an Electra Distortion circuit, basic single transistor circuit with a single control for biasing that transistor, and a basic clipping design to create musical distortion. I stayed true to the design, but expanded on the clipping section, including options for Toshiba NOS 1s1588 diodes, Soviet Germanium diodes, or an option to lift them from the circuit; providing three unique voices. Now take the Electro-Harmonix LPB-1, a basic full spectrum boost that is reasonably flat, has a decent amount of volume, and stays clean. Enter the LPB-FXR, slight tweaks for more excitement and tonal superiority and and a far more musical tone and adding a low frequency boost toggle for thickening up single coils.Enter the variable. The order switcher. A toggle allowing you to change the order of the effects for different results.
